Honda is strongly committed to Supplier Diversity.  Honda suppliers are a critical part of our business and directly contribute to the ability to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. With this is mind, we regularly and strategically employ several outreach initiatives to attract, develop and retain ethnic minority suppliers at all of our business and manufacturing operating units. Our Supplier Diversity Initiative assists us with reaching our goal of building a diverse supplier base.

Going Green
Honda has effectively integrated and achieved Leadership Energy Environmental Design certification for our newly developed and existing facilities through the design, construction, and operation of a Green building.  Green buildings are very energy efficient, reduce electricity and water usage, use recycled and recyclable materials, have superior indoor air quality, reduce emissions, help conserve materials and resources, and are planned to maximize sustainability of the site and minimize impact on the site.
